1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "boscuci", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the boscuci platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://boscuci.net.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the boscuci platform.
• "Platform" means the boscuci website, including all pages, sub-pages, services, games, sportsbook, live casino, and any associated software or mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player following the boscuci registration process.
• "Funds" means the balance held in a Player's boscuci Account, comprising deposits and any winnings credited thereto.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

Use of the boscuci platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. boscuci strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Providing false information to circumvent the age verification process is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reportable to relevant authorities.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate registrations and accounts operated by third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary account restriction in force on your boscuci Account or under any relevant regulatory framework.
• You must not be accessing the boscuci platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction prior to use.

boscuci reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to satisfy a verification request within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4 Account Registration

To access the full features of the boscuci platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games, you must complete the registration process and establish a verified Account.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) boscuci Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of Funds.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. boscuci strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account.
• You must notify boscuci immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• All registration information provided to boscuci must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your details promptly should any information change.
• boscuci reserves the right to close any Account that does not satisfy our Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements or where fraudulent information has been provided.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on boscuci are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). boscuci supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and other supported payment channels as displayed on the platform at the relevant time.

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the boscuci platform and may vary by payment method or Account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless boscuci determines an alternative method is appropriate at its sole discretion.
• boscuci reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
• Deposits and withdrawals may not be processed if your Account has an active responsible gaming restriction, is under investigation, or does not satisfy current KYC status requirements.
• boscuci is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or technical outages outside our control.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

boscuci may from time to time offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before the Bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used to participate in eligible games as specified by the applicable promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• boscuci reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Bonus or promotional offer at any time without notice, including where it reasonably suspects abuse, misuse, or exploitation of the offer.
• Multiple Accounts used to claim the same Bonus constitutes abuse. boscuci will void all Bonus claims and winnings associated with duplicate Accounts.
• Players who have enrolled in boscuci's self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive or use Bonus offers during the self-exclusion period.

7 Betting Rules

Participation in all games, sports betting markets, and casino products offered on boscuci is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all boscuci betting and gaming activity:

• All bets and wagers are placed at your own risk. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended except as expressly permitted by the specific game or market rules.
• boscuci reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, erroneous game configurations, or technical faults.
• Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant sections of the boscuci platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, boscuci's decision — made in good faith in accordance with applicable game rules — shall be final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the boscuci platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with boscuci's platform, games, or betting interfaces.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Money laundering or using boscuci for any purpose connected with the proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to a self-exclusion order.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the boscuci platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of boscuci or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any boscuci content without prior written authorisation from boscuci.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boscuci shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the boscuci platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming session continuity due to technical issues.

boscuci's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made to your Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits boscuci's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

boscuci is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable individuals. The following provisions form part of these Terms:

• boscuci requires all Players to be at least 21 years of age. Age verification is mandatory and enforced as part of the KYC process.
• Players may request the activation of deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting boscuci support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• During any active self-exclusion period, boscuci will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded Player from accessing the platform. boscuci will not market to self-excluded Players.

12 Amendments to These Terms

boscuci reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where required by applicable law, prior notice of changes will be provided. Your continued use of the boscuci platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which boscuci holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with boscuci may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or through binding arbitration as required under boscuci's operating licence conditions.

Nothing in this clause prevents you from bringing proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction to seek urgent injunctive or other interim relief.
